Cynthia Cusimano, SPHR
Cynthia is a seasoned and results-driven human resources professional with nearly 20 years of experience. Her background spans a diverse range of industries, including higher education, retail, manufacturing, food services, healthcare, operations, and information technology. Throughout her career, she has successfully designed and implemented new programs to enhance talent management and improve the efficiency of existing HR processes. Her expertise extends across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective and adaptable approach. Cynthia is committed to understanding her clients' broader goals and needs, enabling her to deliver thoughtful, strategic HR solutions.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and a MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, she is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), demonstrating her advanced knowledge and leadership in the HR field.
